Please inspect your goods thoroughly as soon as possible after purchasing. If your order is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 3 days by contacting email@example.com.
Due to hygienic reasons, scissors / brushes and combs cannot be returned if used and out of original packaging.
In an event you wish to return your purchased products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description as to why you would like to make the return and subject the email 'Colin Taylor Event Return [YOUR NAME]'.
We will offer a refund to customers if you have notified us in writing within 14 days of the Colin Taylor Event (dependant on which day the item was purchased). Returned goods must be returned to groomarts within a further 7 days after we have been notified. We will refund customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty - subject to the faulty return agreed.
Your unwanted items must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original, undamaged, unopened product packaging with any labels still attached, if the item is not in the original condition received the item cannot be returned.
Please remember the outer packaging of the item is the responsibility of the sender, not the courier and groomarts. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund if an item is received unsuitable for re-sale as new. This will be assessed once the product is received.
