Provided that goods are in their original condition and packaging, and are unused, we will issue a refund within 14 days of the item being received by us. This refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
UK Mainland: Delivery is approximately 2-3 working days.
We ask customers to wait 3-4 days after estimated delivery before contacting us If not delivered.
Europe, USA and Rest of World: Delivery times may vary; however, we ask customers to allow 10-14 working days.

Currently we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We ship our products to customers across the world. We are working on adding individual shipping rates and options for all countries to our website, but if you can’t find your country, please get in touch with us and we can see if we can take your order over the phone or email.
