Regular brushing: Brush in the direction of your pets coat, applying a medium pressure so you are not bending the bristles but they are brushing through the coat. Continue on short strokes, brushing the same area 5-7 times before moving onto the next section. It is best to think of working along a chessboard.
Cleaning paws, faces or hygiene areas: Use with either water or conditioning spray, dip the brush into the water or spray 4-5 times onto the bristles, before rubbing the brush in a circular motion over the areas you would like to clean. You will see the dirt lift and remove. Use more water or conditioning spray as required.
Using on young or nervous pets: The gentle but effective bristles make this the perfect puppy grooming brush to build their confidence and make their first time at the groomers a less frightening experience. This soft bristle brush can be used as a desensitisation tool for nervous dogs, they may struggle with human attention or fear grooming, using this gentle brush will gradually build up the dogs confidence and understanding that grooming can be a rewarding experience.
